All our data collection staff are trained and regularly appraised for the tasks
they undertake. Our data validation process is in-built. Field team are evaluated
at recruitment stage on the skills needed to perform their work. This include
language proficiency testing. All members of the field team are given basic
training of minimum duration of sixteen hours classroom and appropriate to the
nature of the work to be carried out.
We ensure that all team members are adequately and appropriately trained and/or have the experience to carry out all tasks asked of them. This also include understanding the code of conduct and confidentially each project demands. Beside these, they must carry out:
- 15% accompany
- 25% spot-check
- 20% back-check validation of interviews.
- 30% data input validation
- 15% voice check (for CATI)
- 100% transcripts and language translation checks and validation where necessary.
