Smarty Pants market research and strategic consulting firm announced that it has named Jennifer Dixon the company’s first “Head of Happiness”. The creation of the new role affirms the company’s commitment to employees’ holistic happiness, well-being and professional development as it experiences exponential revenue growth and more than doubles its talent roster.
Dixon joined Smarty Pants in 2017 as a business analyst tasked with supporting the chief operating officer on business operations, the chief financial officer on fiscal affairs, and the president on growth initiatives. With unique access to the company’s vision, processes, and employee culture, Dixon consistently improved operations and outcomes, including the recruitment and retention of top talent.
As Head of Happiness, Dixon now leads critical functions ranging from candidate assessment to benefits management to professional development and loyalty. Employee onboarding, training, and wellness fall under her purview, as does amplification of the company’s dynamic culture.
